I'm planning a dive trip from Tawau, possibly but not necessarily Sipadan. Net seems to be full of operators offering expensive package sin USD. How are the things in Tawau itself.. if I just get a flight there and start looking, what am I likely to find...?
What other good stuff is there besides overprized Sipadan..? Cheers, Mike |

You can also find some agencies in Tawau but do bargain on the tour prices. You can't stay at Sipadan but can stay at Kapalai, Mabul or Mataking.
