You have to choose between the beach and the cliffs for a place to stay.
Depending on your diet and desires will determine where to eat.
I have a few tour drivers I always recommend, to take you on a tour of the Hills of Jamaica and pick you up for the Airport run.

For night life, there is a 24/7 Music bar in the West End called MiYard. Fresh cooked snacks all night, wonderful Reggae music, sit and watch the sunrise!

I would recommend staying at Blue Cave Castle or right at MiYard in the west end.
I would hire Osbourn Whyte to drive you around and show you the country.
And I would not eat at the Burger King,,smiling! Try the Jerk Pork at the Red Dragon in Red Ground, the fish dinner at MiYard, and fine dining at Xtabi!
