I are looking for a quaint hotel within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.. for 3-5 nights in Tarragona (early July). While I would love to have internet access, I would really prefer not to be in a typical business hotel; this is a vacation and am much more interested in a nice place with local charm. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The old part of Tarragona is a relatively small. It is also where most of the life of the city is. Everything is within walking distance.
SB Express hotel - 3 star, ~60+ EUR, internet, but is on the outer edge of city Urbis hotel - 3 star, ~45+ EUR, near downtown Husa Imperial Tarraco - 4 star, ~80+ EUR, best view and location In all my time there, I never really found a 'quaint' hotel there. Most people who go there are on business. The average tourist would go a few kilometers farther to Salou or Cambrils.
