Affordable hotels?

Looking for recommendations for affordable hotel in Tallinn area during 2 days in July, 2 of us, nothing extravagant but also not a dump either!

I stayed at the Heidi Tue G9 in January. Spartan but clean. En suite bathroom. Reception did not speak English. German worked. Single 650 EK, about 44 euros. Tel 62 67 100. Excellent restaurant next door. Breakfast at Stockman's department store is a real deal. Nobody smiles in Tallinn but everybody is very courteous.
