My husband and I fly into Milan/Linate about noon and would like to head straight to Riomaggiore. Which train station do we go to from the airport and how do we get there?
I know that we cannot get tickets straight into Riomaggiore - what city do we go to first from the station in Milan? Any information would be helpful! Thanks, "Sweetrowles" |

The previous poster is right. You can find the schedule and fares, including the transfer point, by using that site. If you move your cursor over the blue abbreviation under "Station" or "Stazione" the full name of the transfer city or cities will appear.

There is direct bus service from Linate to Milano Centrale train station. From there, you can take a train to Riomaggiore. You will have to transfer in Genova, and some trips also require a transfer in La Spezia. The trip will take between two and three hours, depending on which combination of trains is available at the time you want to depart.
