Hello,
The shortest way is with KHTY to Frankfurt (if they indeed have a flight - which isn't all that clear from their website) and on to Berlin by train. Alternatively you could to the same with Cyprus Airways from Larnaca, or take Lufthansa or Austrian from LCA to Berlin-Tegel (changing planes Frankfurt or Berlin). If you don't mind flying at night, you also have the option of flying with CSA, Malev or LOT).

Yes, the KTHY flights are the easiest (and cheapest) way. They fly every Sunday and Wednesday.
