| Luxembourg | What's the situation? Posted: Sat May 13, 2006 12:41 PM UTC
In regards to job employment and settling in Luxembourg?
Is it a dull place for social life and what are the most common languages spoken usually? Was thinking about going there to continue to work on my French and also work full-time with translation and linguisitics.. So what's the verdict?? |

Luxembourg is by far not a dull place for socializing. Town is busy on friday and saturday nights. more over throughout the country there are nuerous amounts of organised balls (which are not the equivelent to the english meaning of a ball) but more like a club. Bars in each village are happy to serve and are open all week. During the summer months there are 'beach' parties, bbq and several sports events (including comnbine harvester racing, tractor pulling etc.). you will find information about these along the sides of the roads and in the local shops.
