Trogir Food and Fun prices please

Hello guys,

me and my friends are budgeting a trip to Trogir. I've seen that the accomodation in villas is on average 15 euros / person / night. Since the villas have kitchens we will be making food on our own too. So I am asking you guys if there are any supermarkets or things like that and if so can I see some prices somewhere? Are the prices high even in supermarkets ?

Another thing is about museums, cathedrals, and maybe boat cruise to an island near. Can anyone help me on that ?

Regards to all from Bucharest, Romania

Of course there are supermarkets and local shops where you can do your shopping. Close to the bus station in Trogir there is also an open air market where you will be able to find fresh and cheap fruits and vegetables.

To get the idea of prices you will find in a supermarket try Konzum's webshop (Konzum is large supermarket chain):
http://online.konzum.hr/webshop/app

(You will have to know some Croatian or just look at the random pictures. Food is under "Hrana i pica")

Museums in Croatia are not expensive - usually the entrance ticket does not exceed a couple of Euros. Regular ferry tickets are cheap, some boat excursions can be more expensive.

Have a great time in Trogir!

You can take the ferry to Drvenik Veli or Drvenik Mali--great for a day of hiking and sitting by the sea. Take water just in case, but there is a little store that opens when the ferry arrives on Veli, where you can get bread (kruh) and cheese (sir).
