I'm planning to go Pamukkale. Would someone advise me how to go there from Istanbul? by plane or bus? and also where to book it? Thanks

Any travel agency can book you on a bus to Pamukkale. Some have arrangements to have you picked up at your hotel or in front of their agency. It's easy. The buses have A/C and are very clean and efficient.

Bear in mind that there is no direct bus to Pamukkale , u will have to go to Denizli and after u will need to take a mini bus to Pamukkale , just half an hour from Denizli to Pamukkale..

i would actually recomend the night train called "pamukkale express" to denizli and then from there it is 20 min. to pamukkale.
get a 2-bed sleeper.
