In Grenoble city, no. But if you have a car and can go just outside Grenoble, there are many many places to walk. Get an IGN map at a bookstore with the hiking trails marked on it, and also if you go to book stores or sporting stores you will find books on local randonees. It is a hilly region so pay attention to that in the maps.
