Hi again! Does anyone know any cheap hostels in Lagos? Also, should I book before I go for mid August? How much are meals and drinks etc in the area?

the YHA hostel in lagos is very good and if they are full then they can put you in touch with people who rent out private rooms.
there is also a hostel called the rising cock hostel, but i have not stayed there. claus (who invented the lagos booze cruise).

I haven't been to Lagos, but while I was in Spain absolutely everybody said the place to stay is the Rising Cock (yes really). Book ahead.
