NO. I would rate it St Vincent, Bequia and then Tobago Cays for Diving
St Vincent has a diverse sea life Bequia has lovely coral and lots of critters The Cays are beautiful but the coral is suffering "bleaching" and sea life is a little less, except the turtles.
