I have heard rumors of a tech migration to Walla Walla. Can anyone give me any confirmation of this and/or point me to some documentation?

Walla Walla, Washington?!?
Perhaps in the fantasies of some Chamber of Commerce booster there! Perhaps they're offering tax incentives or the like, but what's the big incentive for companies to move to such a [relatively] remote place? How many major technical universities are there?
