It has been years since I was in Hawaii and I would like to know if the Pearl City Mall is still there with the monorails that take you from one side to the other, as well as the Nine story apt building that was next to the little grocery store on Kauhale St.

Pearl Ridge Mall would be the shopping mall you're speaking about ... yes, the monorail is still there, only now it's called a skycab and costs 50cents to get from one side to the other! I'm not sure about the 9 story apt ... I imagine the Kauhale street you're referring to is in Aiea? There are not really that many apt buildings torn down, so it's probably still there. Are you planning a trip back to the Islands soon?
