Hi all,
I plan to drive from DC to Buffalo next month. According to the Atlas map that I have, the shortest route is via US 219. I have no idea about this route and searching on the net about US 219 brings not much of a result. Wondering if anyone ever takes this route to go from DC to Buffalo. How's the traffic? How's the scenaries? How long does it takes? Are there any alternates? Much obliged Tnamat |

219 is probably shorter but not faster. better to use the interstate system of expressways. Take I95 to Baltimore, the I83 to Harrisburg Pa. Pick up I81 north at the northeastern corner of Harrisburg metropolitan area (check a local map) for the connecting site. Follow I81 all the way to Syracuse NY and then the NY thruway to Buffalo.
