Hi
You would have to hike from Kangerlussuaq to Sisimiut which I think is a 14 day hike ! You can get the coastal ferry from Sisimuit to Nuuk. There is no coastal ferry service along the east coast so you have to fly to Kulusuk. the more I knew about your plans, the more I could help. email me direct if you want. ian-w
