Hi! I will be arriving in central Newcastle after midnight and have to catch a flight at 6 the next morning. How will i get to the airport at this time of night? Will the metro still be running? I've never been to Newcastle before so any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Might help, though it's a bit clumsy. Looks as if you'll be able to get there by bus at least!

The station taxis are a little expensive I suggust you ring Blue Line taxis 01912626666 and they will meet you outside the station, this will be alot cheaper and safer than the metro(they be off!!)bearing in mind it is only about 6 miles to the airport about 15 minutes in the taxi,
