Please .. I search information about Alexandria because i will go in Alexandria in July to frequent a course of arab and i will stay in this city 1 month. Where can I buy a travel book/ guide about alexandria? What's the name of the airport of Alexandria? Anyone knows an internet address or a page where can i keep some information? Thanks and sorry for my bad english ;)

Sorry, I'm a sort of spelling fanatic.

Anyway, Lufthansa flies into ALY. I've always flown in CAI, so I don't know what ALY is like, but I've known people to take Lufthansa there and it seems okay. I once considered taking Olympic Airways there, but I'd have to fly through Athens, and I really don't know what Olympic is like, these days, anyway.

There's an Italian cemetery, west of town, at El Alamein, which you may want to visit. I haven't been there, myself, but my Italian friend visited there on her stay. I'm sure that you easily could arrange a visit, there.

I once went to the Egyptian tourist office in Rome, and the counter girls there gave me a big tourist map of the country in English, and they might have one in Italian, too, but I don't know for sure.

about the alexandria's airport we have 2 airports first one called EL-NOZHA airport and the other one called BOURG EL-ARAB airport
u can buy a map of alexandria from the airport too
