Hello Chobeton,
I have not been to Jeri yet, but I am experienced Brazil traveller and found lodging-advices on the following page: http://www.jericoacoara.tur.br/ondeficar/ondeficar.html Normally you have a contact information at the pages of the Pousadas or a tel. number, the reservation you can probably make by E Mail. If you have further questions, please contact me! Greetings Evelyn

I have been to Jeri, and there is plenty of lodging-options. Jeri is kind of a typical backpackers place so there is lot's of Pousadas. My experience is that it is cheapest to just buy a round-trip bus-ticket from Fortaleza and check the pousadas when you arrive. We saved some money on that.
Jeri is small so there shouldn't be any problems on walking around until you find a place to stay. I don't remember the name of the pousada we stayed in, but we checked several and all were likely priced and more or less the same standard. If you prefer to reserve in advance you should use the site Evelyn has provided for you. Geir.

Yes... go to jericoacoara.com.br
You can make reservations. You should make it quick because there is not very many places to stay there since Jericoacoara is an Environmental Protected place... which menas that not a lot of hotels and stuff can be built there!!! Check out my Fortaleza page, I have some info in Jeri
