I wonder if anyone could point me to the right direction...I am looking for my husband lost familly in Wageningen.His surname is Jordaan and his Mother surname was Van Silfhout. |

hi,
Van Silfhout is a wellknown name in Wageningen, there used to be also 1 or 2 firms with that name - if you look in the Dutch phonebook now (www.detelefoongids.nl) you'll find 7 (private) entries in Wageningen alone, and many more in the region. Jordaan I couldn't find any in Wageningen, but there are some in the region around Wageningen, for example in nearby Veenendaal. And it is a quite common name in and around Amsterdam. In Wageningen I did find Jordens, in case the surname has been changed a bit... Hope it helps! P.

Any way, since I do not speak any dutch it is not easy for me.I did try the phone book but couldnot find anyone called Aantje Van Silfhout.
