I am admiror of antiques, bronze items, decorative pieces, old furniture etc
where should i find those in saana?? I am coming this weekend

May be old Sanaa... This part still has a comlete wall around it and a big gate (always open) called Bab Al Yaman (Yemen's door). I don't remember much except that there was an old 2 floor buiding in old sanaa which is converted to a bazaar where you can buy from shops, or otherwise watch skilled craftsmen working in their workshops...

There's a good Lonely Planet (middle east) which can be helpful. I'm not sure if there's one for Yemen...
