Please advise of any car hire companies that allow you to hire a car and cross between Croatia and Montenegro. I'm aware that you will need a Green Card. Many thanks

As far as I am aware, there are no problems with driving a rent-a-car between Croatia and Montenegro, regardless of where the car is rented from.
