Went diving last year in Turks & Caicos. Matthew Williams runs Cactus Voyager Tours, a dive operator at Coral Gardens condos. He is by far one of the best guides I've had. Very safety concious and dives to your limits. He takes you to great sites and knows a lot about the area. It was very easy to relax and take in the sites knowing he was my guide. Very reasonable rates as well.

I've gone with Flamingo Divers in the past. They'll pick you up in the morning and their boats dont go out with more than 6 or so divers, so its a nice small group. Nothing is worse than a boat of 12 divers. Theyve changed hands a couple times since I last dove with them, but I already have a trip planned to dive with them again in December 06. Turks is my favorite dive spot so far.
