Ah, good choice. I love Toledo and I've been there many times, the juderia is one of my favourite places. The jew community not only lived in the Jewry, also around the cathedral, so I suggest you to take a night walk not only around the jewry, also around the Cathedral and the Alcazar, there is a lot of legends and stories to enjoy. At "Calle del Angel" (Rejov Angel) you can find "La Casa De Jacob", a judaica shop and a information point of the Jewish Toledo. Is managed by a spanish jew very nice.
I suggest tou also to visit the 2 sinagogues, especially "La sinagoga del Tránsito", at rejov Samuel Levi, very beautyful, there you can also visit the Sefardi Museum. For more info, visit: http://www.jewishtoledo.com/ http://www.redjuderias.org/ (a guide for the jewries of Spain) http://www.museosefardi.net/ Best wishes from Spain, I hope you'll enjoy.
