no, its perfectly fine to wear shorts. I lived there a year and wore shorts all the time

I am from Guyana and i would just like to know where this information was taken from. Who in the world would ever say that if they ever lived or been to Guyana? When its 100 degrees outside i should think its perfectly fine to wear shorts
