I will stay in Montenegro from 10th to 21th of June. I would also like to go rafting there. Can you tell me more about it? Price? Risk? Do I have to book the ride beforehand? Whom to contact?

I have been in Durmitor last year although i didn't go rafting. I saw several places where they offered rafting (on wooden rafts) so i dont think you have book in advance.

Hi and Shalom:
While we have not rafted the Tara (but we drove along its length when traveling to Dormitor), we do have an open invitation from our friends there to do the rafting trip. If you cannot find further information from VT or internet, I can call our friends there and get some information for you.
For sure the area is beautiful, but the rafting is not too dangerous, from what I could see it looks like the difficulty levels may be somewhere between 3 and maybe 4.
It will be great to see pictures of your trip.
