What is there to do in Cooperstown after, say, dinner time?

Not much. There are three or four places to drink.
Other than that, the thing to do is to drive to Oneonta (40 mins) and go to the movies. And the 24 hour Walmart in Oneonta is open too! There is a good diner in Oneonta called "The Neptune" as well. Back in Cooperstown:In the summer you can walk down to the lake and sit on a bench. You can go to an ice cream place and have ice cream. There is a big gym in town called "The Clark Center" which is really nice and you can buy a day pass to use their facilities. Its pretty quiet.
