All over beirut:
-Down town (solidire area).
-Verdun avenue and Dunes mall.(Brand names).
-Hamra street.
-Mar Ellias street(relativly cheap).
-ABC Mall.
-Kaslik area.

not sure about prada,but u can ask at the hotel ur staying...lebanese people are very aware of fashion!
