What inexpensive accommodations do you recommend in Torshavn and other towns in the Faroe Islands? I will be there for seven days and I would like to have the name of hostels or guesthouses that are not expensive.

Cheapest option are youth hostels, see
http://www.farhostel.fo/ There is also a camp site in Torshavn.
