We are trying to find a friend we once met when we were in Portugal. The problem is we only have a name, we lost the address. We know he lived in Bragança, but that was about 6 years ago. I have no idea what kind of agencies in Portugal can help us with this. Maybe there are forums on the internet? I don't speak much Portugese so it's hard to find out for myself!
Hope someone can help us or knows Bragança?

This is probably a hard task. Bragança is a small but well populated city. Are you talking about someone who was born there? Did you meet him in Bragança? Was he from the city centre?

We met this guy once when we were in Albufeira. And we went together with him and 2 other Portugese guys to Lisbon, where we went to the stadion to see a football match. For about 6 years he was living in Braganca. His name is Filip Diaz and he will be about 29 years old now. He was learning for sport teacher or something alike.

Do you know what University he studied in? If you can tell me the city (Lisbon, Porto, etc) that will also help.

Universities nowadays have a record of students, sometimes available online, so I might get you a lead on this guy trough the university...

Another way is to write on some sports forum and see if anyone hits it.

I'll talk with my friends from that area and see if I get any luck.

By the way, unless this guy is spanish, his name should be spelled Filipe Dias.
