My wife will be attending a mtg in Busan this Sunday the 12th and me and my 9 year old daughter tag along with her and my child asked me if she can see some snow there? any suggestion.

Queries from the Philippines...

I did not spend much time in Busan, but was a little farther north in Ulsan. Throughout the winter, it was below 0C many times and did snow a little, but the sun melted it rather quickly despite the air temperature.

There are ski areas and winter sports places in Korea. However, many of them are farther north, near Seoul. Also, in the south, there are a few, but they are to the west from Busan. In the mountains around Changwon I saw more snow.

Sorry, no snow at the moment. It used to be quite warm during past week, so everything was melted away. In the big cities there usually isn't much of snow anyway. Usually in the country side only.
Since you are arriving today, you might realize that it was getting much colder again but chances for snow are rather limited.

thanks for the the acknowledging my quiries, we are now leaving for the Philippines and it ends our stay already here in Marriot. This is a nice place but did not enjoy much due to language problem.
