My nephew, a darling boy otherwise, may not come and rescue me - he's the only one at the moment who I know can drive...
He's the reason why I couldn't come over to Porec in April...!! (snif snif..)

Oh..my character: the reason why I never learnt to drive is the fact that I'd surely close my eyes when braking.. : )

There are no excuses for you now, you will have to do the driving first and hope for a chance that you can get a beer later after the kids go to bed. :)

No wineries in Finland, at list not the a normal one, they do make apple wine here, but more chances to bump into illegal Pontikka distillery.

Ha ha, John, that discussion was from 2 years ago (2003) we had a nice day trip to Porvoo with Soili, Sinoda and my kids.
About wineries in Finland, I was never really interested, as I believe a good wine must be made of grapes. Even here in Finland I buy sometimes the great white wine from the Golan Heights.
But I know few good breweries here that do make very good beers.
