Perhaps somebody who has made this journey themselves and therefore knows better than me might answer your question more fully but I think you have two options:
Take the airport bus from the airport to Bristol Temple Meads Station and a train from there to Bristol Parkway Station (probably taking just under an hour, depending on how long you are obliged to wait for the connection). You could use the journey planner on the Traveline website to check the most suitable times for you or telephone them. Traveline (south west) website: http://217.171.103.36/nbindex.htm Traveline telephone number: 0870 6082608 Take a taxi directly to Bristol Parkway. A company called airportcarZ operates a service from Bristol Airport. You could get a telephone or online quotation from them. If you were traveling from London Gatwick Airport, use the Airport to Reading coach, off the Reading coach station, into the Rail station to catch the connecting train to Bristol Parkway ! Taxi will cost you an arm and a leg.see www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk ,www.southwesttrains.co.uk
from London Heathrow, use the Railair coach service link to Reading, then onto Bristol Parkway etc, see www..traveline.org.uk .also railair.com, hope these help

Bristol Parkway is several miles north of Bristol city centre, the complete opposite side to the airport. I would follow Janani's advice - airport bus to Bristol Temple Meads (grand station, the terminus of I.K.Brunel's Great Western Railway), then short train journey to Parkway.

If you are going to Bristol Parkway to catch a train, you will probably find that you can get to your final destination by train from Temple Meads Station just as easily as this in the main station in Bristol - the coach from the airport to Temple Meads takes just 30 minutes
Hope this helps

I havent lived in Bristol since 2000, but then there was a bus service that went between Bristol Temple Meads (train station) and the airport. Do a search online and see what you can find.
