From Iran border to Karachi it is about 10 hour bus ride. Although Baluchistan is experiencing some problems, the Quetta-Karachi road is safe - lots of traffic. Fortunately, you may now be able to take a train journey from Karachi to Goa. Last week, after 40 years, Pakistan-India has opened up their Khokrapar border (going into Rajhastan). So take the train from karachi to India border, change to Indian train and head to Goa...
There is a daily train from Karachi to Kohkrapar border, do not know the train schedule on India side. You may need to get India visa in Iran. quite difficult here.
