Kathmandu Pharping, Dakshinakali, Namo Buddha-how to get there from KTM?

Namaste, it's me again...
I realize it's a lot for one question, but I would like to know what is the best, safest way to travel to these holy sites from central KTM?

Hire a taxi for a day. I wouldn't take my bike, even if it doable roadwise; horrible air pollution and dense traffic. Buses are cramped, slow and no English is spoken aboard.

Saagarji:
What is the going rate to hire a taxi for the whole day? Are all 3 of these sites doable in one day? I've seen your replies to other VTer's questions about KTM and it sounds like you are very knowledgable-I will probably have many more questions between now and the end of May(when we are planning on going). I was there for 3 wks in June 2001 but was teaching most of the time, also this was the immediate aftermath of the royal massacre(I arrived 6/3) so didn't have much time for touring apart from Patan and Boudha. I was staying near Swayambhu-my favorite memory of KTM is waking every morning at 5:00 to do kora around Swayambhu hill and the big Amitabha Buddha statue with the school director's elderly mother 'Aama-la'.
