I am planning a 30th birthday party for my girlfriend. As a surprise, her friends will be meeting us in Lincoln. Does anybody have any suggestions. Where is the good food, good drinks, good music???

I lived in Lincoln years ago, and assume it's still know for steaks? You may, however, want to check the midwest forum at www.chowhound.com for more updated recs!

We will be skiing at Loon Mountain, and staying in Lincoln New Hampshire.

North Woodstock. "The Station". West on the main drag, out of Lincoln, under 93, bear right.
This small town center is more popular with the locals and "The Station" is the spot to be. Live music and good food. Moose Burgers. It's where the ski instructors live/hang. Don't tell anyone I told you this. ha ha. GC
