land wanted for small campsite

we are interested in buying a property for ourselves. we wish to set up a camp site for summer, employ locals, and spend our time teaching working english to the local community

basically we wish to live in bansko throughout the year, but dont want western house or apt. want local small cottage and some land, so we can have cattle etc etc

we dont have much money? any suggestions
