whats the name of the field where the foods are at pasar malam, in kota bharu?
maybe the old name was padang bas..

I think you are refering to the famous Pasar Khadijah in Kota Baharu. Or is it the pasar malam in Wakaf Che Yeh in KB's outskirt? Anyway, I guess Pasar Khadijah is what you are looking for as it is in the heart of the town where the bus sttaion (padang bas) is located.

Yes, the big square in town where all the foods are, after 6pm..next to some school. So is the full name 'Pasar Siti Khadijah'? (i know the Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah building..but its different place)

You are right, this is the Padang bas, just opposite the pasar khatijah.They have the best food in town especially the nasi kerabu-blue or yellow rice, nasi dagang, ayam pangang, laksa....more.You can buy and then eat at the stalls (with the tables)surrounding it.I refuse to eat at home when I am back in Kota Bharu, all because of this place! Grew up here for 15 years.In the day time, you have to go to the Pasar Khatijah to see all the local products and food.

Pasar Malam field or Pasar MAlam Buluh Kubu or Padang Bas is now located behind Bank Simpanan Nasional and Pantai Timur Supermarket. Is was transfered there due to the construction of Kota Bharu City Centre (KBCC) tower at the old site.
