I assume you meant Stuttgart. By train, take the ICE to Karlsruhe, then transfer to the IC or EC to Stuttgart. Travel time is 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Slower trains run the same route if there's a special group deal, but it will obviously take longer.
By car, take the autobahn to Karlsruhe (A5?), then the A8 east to Stuttgart. Hope this helps! Mark
