Tuxpan de Rodríguez Cano Travel Forum

Anyone know of a place that is cheap rent in Tuxpan, Veracruz? Also,,,what's the best thing to do for looking for a cash paying gig there? Any other travelling tips for this area would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I was in Catemaco for one day. There is a hotel which costs around 200 pesos. I tried one for 130 pesos per night and i was furious..no towels , wooden bed, no klima...If you want to see Catemaco be careful because they are trying to sell to you anything example- I wanted to see a small 2 hour tour to small islands near, it costed 350 pesos and everthing elee you need to pay additional- so small ride with a small boat it costed 350 pesos... I still must say thet Nancinyanga is beautiful place to see but is ok if you go by bus - 6 pesos instead 350.Be aware of so called guides - because they dont make a tour they are youst sales people who earn mony only from comission, other guys are making tours.So try to find anything by your self otherwise you will need to pay comission.When you buy something - negotiate always - just say that is too exepncive etc...On the other hand nature is really beautiful...
