Interesting things for a 2 yr old (and a dad)

Hi,

I'm off to Gran Canaria (Playas del Ingles) with my 2 yr old son and I have the following questions:

- are there other interesting things than the beach for a 2 yr old?
- are there babysitting services available on the resort?

I went to Playa del Ingles last year and it was very good. In Gran Canaria there are water parks and there is usually a childrens area which could be good for your son. There is also Palmitos Park with lots of animals and a parrot show. I don't know about the babysitting services though sorry.
