We need help. This is our first trip to Cayo Largo and are very excited about going. It sounds great. What should we know about it that will be helpful on our stay? Where is the best place to exchange our currency? It's our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip!!

Hello...congratulations on your 30 anniversary... donīt know too much about Cayo Largo as it is a tourist-only destination. If U have the time and the money, take an excursion to Havana for one day at least, Uīll not regret it... have fun!

Exchange your money at the hotel. The beaches are wonderful. The area is a little quite. I am sure you will have a great time. Email the resort in advance and let them know it's your aniversary I am sure they will do something for you. Bring a thermal mug if you drink. It will keep things cold instead of the little plastic cups. Enjoy
