Has the CANCUN, COZUMEL, RIVIERA MAYA AREA RETURNED WELL ENOUGH FOR US TOURISTS TO RETURN?

When are you planning to return? But the answer, most likely is . . . no, not sufficiently in Cancun and parts of Cozumel but other parts of the Rivera Maya seem able and willing to accept visitors and some of the places operate relatively untouched by the hurricanes.
