I agree, try www.asiarooms.com!
You will see a huge variety of choices for good rates.
The Novotel Century is a 4-star hotel and hence, a little on the high end. However, its location is perfect. I used to stay at The Charterhouse for a couple of times. Also in Wanchai, south side. Small rooms, little facilities but relatively inexpensive and conveniently located.
I do have more details on my HK page. Check it out if you want.

Cheers,
Robert

Not really sure whom you are referring to but I am not from the Philippines as you might have already seen from my homepage (just click on Vita500).

Anyway, From Wanchai to Disneyland it takes about 40 minutes by MTR (subway). For your kids, the Disneyland Hotel would be great. However, it's going to be very costly and rather inconvenient if you have to travel to the city on a daily basis.

I wouldn't recommend to go to McD or KFC when you are in HK but if your kids really push you to go then you shouldn't worry too much. At least McD is on every second street corner. In Wanchai it's on the footbridge exiting from Wanchai MTR station.

Cheers,
Robert
