that is pretty impossible.
i have several friends who have been to north korea, but they all had to jpoin tours where they were under constant supervision. hopefully it will be possible soon though.

I do recall seeing James Bond surfing onto the coast of North Korea in one of the more recent spy adventure films.
There are actually speedboats available for hire in China's Dandong if you would like to water-ski down the Yalu River and along North Korea's shoreline. See my Dandong/Hushan pages for more information about access to North Korea from China.
