Premier Travel Inn offer pretty good value for money - perhaps not quite 75 Euros per night but close, depending on location. The best one for location is the one in King Street but of course it is the most expensive of the options in central Bristol.
If you stay at the Haymarket one be careful which way you walk, you are quite close to a bad area there. However if you walk towards the City Centre you will be fine and this location is very close to the shops. Premier Travel Inn website is http://www.premiertravelinn.com Another option is Travelodge ( http://www.travelodge.co.uk ) the Bristol Central one is within easy walking distance of the centre and should be close to your budget. If you can get a deal at Jury's Hotel in Prince Street that is a good location but normally would be more than you are hoping to pay. It is worth shopping around because at this time of year you may be able to find a deal but check on location as there are a lot of hotels on the outskirts of the city that would be no good unless you have a car.
