| Luxembourg | Luxembourg on Sunday??? Posted: Wed January 4, 2006 12:17 AM UTC
My wife and I are thinking of spending a day in Lux city. However, the way our itinerary is set up, we would be in Lux city on a Sunday. I've read that the city is dead on Sunday. Can somebody elaborate on just how dead? I don't mind if museums are closed but what about shops, restaurants and tourist offices?
If Lux city is really not a good choice for a Sunday, our alternative is Bruges. How is that city on a Sunday? Much thanks in advance for any and all advice. Also, any tips on hotels to stay at or avoid is also much appreciated. |
