Hi again,
I have 10 days in Yunnan and don't want to wast a second, so my plan ATM is to head straight up to Lijiang, visit the gorge for 2 days, head up to zhongdian for 2 days, make my way back to LJ then down to Dali. If you had 10 days in yunnan, where would you focus on?? Hope you can give me some suggestions... Thank you and happy travelling, James |

I wouldnt spend more than 1 day in Dali, there is not much to do.
The area south of Kunming is very nice in terms of nature. Also worth a visit from Lijing is the Lugu Lake...one of the last matriarchats in the world.
