1) click on "your travel pages" on top of any VT page 2) click on "Add A Page To Your List of Travels" 3) type "Tomsk" in search field 4) and go on... ;-) it is easy

Hi alkair,
I am trying to find out about Palochka.Is this a village or a city? Is the population small? Can you tell me where the next biggest city is to it and do you know of anyone that has internet access in Palochka or near Palochka that is willing to communicate to me in England as I am trying to find someone who was born there and I have strong beliefs that they have family still in Palochka.Is there an internet cafe near Palochka?

Palochka is a small village in Tomsk region, Verkhneketsky district.
Doubtful there is any internet cafe around...

BTW I found an info that Palochka was renamed into Palochkinsky in 2003. First one sounds too funny in Russian. VT spelling becomes obsolete.
