I will arrive at Guilin airport at a late hour. Possibly around 10pm. Is there a direct connection with Yangshou that runs this late?

No.
You either arrange for a taxi to meet you and take you there (approx 250rmb) or take a bus to Guilin and then on to YS. Good Luck
